Our large and versatile factory facilities ensure that we achieve efficient turnarounds of of all types of work, including heavy and awkward items. Our transport is available for collection and delivery if required.
Factory conditions and application methods are continuously monitored to ensure conformity to most exacting specifications and to the appropriate British Standards. Finished work is checked for coating thickness and surface quality before being carefully wrapped for transport.

AkzoNobel Interpon approved
Blastreat has Interpon Powder Coatings approved PZ 79O applicator status and is an AkzoNobel Associated Quality Coater - A Service First member.
In order to be approved by AkzoNobel and Interpon Powder Coatings for the Interpon system we have been the subject of 12 months of stringent tests on sample panels to ensure that we can not only pre-treat the steel to the correct standard and apply the powder system, but that we can maintain the consistency of the product over a long period of time.
As well as supplying multiple samples for laboratory testing, our production areas and paperwork system are regularly audited before our approval certificate is awarded.
